YOUR TEAM AT SUSANK CAPITAL
Dave founded Susank Capital in 2015 to provide clients with independent commercial mortgage banking services. He recognized that industry consolidation had left a void of true market-makers for commercial real estate financing transactions. Since its inception, Susank Capital has originated over $1 billion in transactions. Prior to founding Susank Capital, Dave spent 15 years as a top producer for Johnson Capital in the firm’s Los Angeles, Irvine, and Phoenix offices originating over $1.5 billion in transactions. Dave graduated from Arizona State University in 1996, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Finance.

Nick has a varied background and brings a unique perspective to the brokerage community. After playing collegiate football and establishing a successful sports medicine career, Nick’s competitive spirit drew him towards sales. Leveraging skills developed as a corporate recruiter, he joined the mortgage community with one the largest banks in the United States. After successfully leading his region in volume and total loans produced, Nick joined Susank Capital to help expand the quality service they provide. Both a refinance and acquisition specialist, Nick provides customer service, and is happy to get to know your referrals. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Linfield College.
Parrish specializes in sourcing acquisition, refinance, repositioning and ground-up development financing for multifamily and mobile home park communities. He primarily focuses on deals in AZ, CA, CO, ID, OR, TX, UT and WA. Additionally, Parrish has significant experience in the financial underwriting of multifamily, mobile home parks, retail, storage and office buildings. He is bank credit trained and has a background in business and real property valuation. Parrish graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and International Business, earned a Master’s of Real Estate Development (MRED) from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a certificate from the USC Lusk Center’s Ross Minority Program in Real Estate. His passion for real estate comes from his strength in building relationships to assist his stakeholders in creating value and strategic thinking by constantly absorbing and analyzing information to make informed decisions. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and spends his quiet time and weekends with his two labrador retrievers, Gus & Bud.
With over 20 years’ of experience in office management, Zahra is a seasoned professional who brings integrity and a strong work ethic to her role as Closing Coordinator. Originally from Europe, and having worked in IT R&D and project development based environments, Zahra is responsible for proactively managing the due diligence, inspection, and closing process for transactions. She works closely with both the borrower and lender to ensure all required loan specific data is up to date and on time to meet the loan closing due date. She holds a BBA in Business Administration from Oxford Business College and has been with Susank Capital since its inception.
